At a boutique set up inside the 2007-08 Takashi Murakami exhibit at LAMOCA, up to $4-million in "limited edition prints" were sold. It turns out however, that what the buyers were actually getting, were factory leftovers from handbag production. Oops! Buyer Clint Arthur is so peeved that he has filed a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
